*All rentals pay a $750 refundable security deposit. 

°The security deposit must be paid in full in order to reserve a date. 
°°The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the reservation date. 

°°°The security deposit is refunded no later than 10 days after your event, provided the building is returned cleaned and undamaged.
